RockStat is a forum designed to hold City of Rockford leadership accountable to customers, taxpayers, and citizens, for the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of services. All meetings are held at the RMAP building located at 313 N. Main Street.  Parking is available in the adjoining parking garage. Please enter through the south door.

 To Report a Pothole or Check on the status of a Snow Emergency Call: (815) 987-5771

Effective immediately, the Public Works Department is updating the 24 hour Pothole Hotline and Snow Emergency Information system.  This improvement includes a consolidated phone line, eliminating the need for citizens to call separate numbers to report concerns, and an improved voice messaging system which will provide up-to-date snow emergency information.
